PUNCHING TECHNIQUES

In stamping technology, we can offer you a wide range of products.
Depending on the required punching force, we offer a wide range of drive types for your system:

• Hydraulic punching machines
• Electric punching machines
• Pneumatic punching machines

As a rule, we carry out your punching line as a top piston press. If necessary, equipped with additional punching cylinders for different punching directions.

As an alternative to our top piston press, we also offer punching systems with C-frame.

All components of our punching systems are manufactured in-house. A small kerf is thus always possible, even with large punching lines, thanks to the high internal vertical range of manufacture. By adapting the punch geometries, we try to keep the punching forces as small as possible, thus giving you a cost advantage.
