Hot-Welding

PATENTED WELDING TECHNIQUE

With the patented welding technique of VESPER, we offer our customers the possibility to weld all plastics with a hot stamp.
Precise control ensures an accurate welding temperature directly on the punch surface.
Depending on the application and the number of welding points, our welding systems are pneumatically or servo-electrically driven.

Thanks to the compact design of the stamps, it is possible to weld very closely aligned welding domes. The geometry of the stamp can be adapted to the required contours of the component, which enables welding in the tightest areas.
Even welding in several directions is possible in such a compact and space-saving system of VESPER.

There is also the possibility to integrate punching processes in the welding systems to save a further production step as well as higher costs for further punching systems and work processes.

We can also implement a combination of our hot welding process with ultrasonic units, for example for the suspension strip of door panels.

A full-surface holder is to be emphasized, which ensures that the components lie in the best possible position to each other in the holder and thus enables optimal gap dimensions.
