Due to the VESPER application of automation techniques, assembly work can be fully automated.
Whether assembling various attachments or gluing retainers or hinges – the combination of robots and other handling systems such as sliding or rotary tables ensures fast and high-precision assembly.
Another possibility is to integrate the adhesive application into our laminating systems and thus, for example, to spray arm rests with HotMelt in one work step and then laminate it in the same system.
We also offer a suitable solution for loading and unloading as well as the onward transport of carrier parts or decorative blanks. . .
