Edge Wrapping
EXPANSION THROUGH OUR EDGE WRAPPING CONCEPT
Nearly all our laminating tools can be extended or designed from the outset with our edge wrapping concept. By integrating the umbel sliders into the laminating tool, it is possible to laminate and edge wrap the component in one process step.
In case this is not possible, there is still the option to edge wrap the previously laminated component in our machine. Due to specially adapted edge wrapping heating systems, the carrier is heated again and the decor is bent with an individually adapted slider concept.
These tools also find space in our modular servo-motor laminating systems.
Modular servo-motor laminating systems
All our lamination tools can be installed in our modular servo motor-driven laminating systems. We adapt these individually to our customers` wishes. A clamping force of up to 10to, at a travel speed of 500 mm/s and a tool or system integrated heating box ensure an optimal lamination of our customers` components.
